Live moss is the perfect way to bring a piece of nature into your home. Under proper lighting and humidity, the live moss will green up and begin to spread, eventually creating a green jungle oasis in your vivarium that your reptile or amphibian pets will love. Moss also looks great in fairy gardens, to add extra humidity to potted plants, or even as an accent to semi-aquatic gardens. The possibilities are endless!
Live Moss is cultivated in the Carolinas and is retrieved from wild sources. As a result, live moss may occasionally produce wild mushrooms or invertebrates. As good practice, Josh's Frogs recommends washing all plants thoroughly removing as much soil as possible with dechlorinated water before placing them in their final home.
